Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

We value transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction. Every device is professionally tested and verified. However, if you wish to return the device, we will be happy to take our device back as per Refund and Return policy. This Refund & Return Policy ensures a clear and hassle-free process for both parties. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our website or services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


1. Return Policy

1.1 When You Can Return

You have 3 options within 30 days of receiving your product:

  • Exchange your product for a new one for free.
  • Have your product repaired.
  • Return your product for free and get a refund.
  • Your product will always be repaired after 10 days.

You may request a product return within 10 days of buying the product, in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Goods – The product you received is damaged, malfunctioning, or does not correspond with the description provided on our website.
  • Incorrect Item Delivered – The product delivered is not what you ordered.
Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Devices damaged by customer
  • Liquid or internal damage
  • Unauthorized software modification
  • Missing accessories or removed IMEI labels
  • Hygiene products once opened (earbuds, wired earphones)
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items
  • Software that has been unsealed (e.g., games after playing a match)
  • Opened personal care products
  • Digital activation codes for software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Vouchers, gift cards, and coupons
  • Cartridges and toner cartridges if protection/foil removed
  • Applied screen protectors
  • Correctly performed services by postal workers or technicians (installation, redeemed vouchers, special shipping)
1.2 Repair Terms & Conditions
  • You can contact us for your repair whether the warranty is still valid or not.
  • If your product is defective within 10 days of purchase, you can choose to get your money back or exchange your product for a new product.
  • If your product is defective after 10 days under normal use and within the warranty period, repair is covered free of charge.
  • Repairs outside the warranty may be paid. We will examine your product and provide a quotation before proceeding.
1.3 Change of Mind
  • Returns based solely on a change of mind are accepted under certain conditions.
  • We reserve the right to deduct 10% of the total order value (minimum AED 150) from the refund.
  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return request must be initiated within 3 calendar days from delivery.
1.4 Shipping Costs for Returns
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Even if original order had free delivery, return shipping costs apply.
1.5 Out-of-Stock or Inventory Issues
  • If a product is out of stock or has quality issues after order placement, we may cancel your order.
  • Payment refunds will be issued via original payment method.
  • If payment was COD, no reimbursement is required.
1.6 Damage During Transportation
  • We package products carefully, but Electeronics is not liable for damage once the package leaves our facility.
  • Upon receiving your order, inspect the outer carton. Record a video if damaged for proof in claims.

2. Exchange Policy

You may request a replacement within 10 calendar days from delivery under these conditions:

  • Damaged Product – physically damaged
  • Non-Functional / Defective – not working correctly
  • Wrong Item Delivered – not what was ordered

To initiate an exchange:

  • Provide photo and video evidence (unboxing + defect)
  • Upon approval, we’ll arrange pickup at no extra cost
  • After verification, a replacement will be sent via standard delivery
  • Pickup typically scheduled within 3 calendar days

3. Warranty Policy

3.1 General Warranty Guidance
  • Record an unboxing video when receiving the product to support future claims.
  • Warranty claims must include photo/video evidence showing the issue.
3.2 Covered under Warranty
  • Non-Functionality or Malfunctions – hardware or software issues not caused by misuse
  • Manufacturing Defects – faulty buttons, broken camera, battery issues, etc.
3.3 Manufacturer’s Warranty (New Products)
  • Manufacturer warranty terms apply if covered (e.g., 1-year warranty)
  • Contact official service center directly
  • Submit pictures and video of unboxing and issue
3.4 Refurbished / Pre-owned Products
  • Covered by 1-year warranty from date of delivery
  • Contact Electeronics.com service center with evidence for warranty service
3.5 Exclusions / Warranty Voiding Conditions
  • Force Majeure or Misuse – lightning, abnormal voltage, natural disasters, dropping, mishandling
  • Unauthorized Modifications / Repairs – opened, repaired, altered, or tampered devices
  • Accessories – not covered unless explicitly stated
  • IMEI / Serial Number Alteration – removed, tampered, or mismatched
  • Invalid / Missing Proof of Purchase – missing, altered, or fraudulent invoice
  • Software Misuse – installing incorrect or unauthorized software
  • User Negligence – neglect, failure to follow usage instructions, or abuse

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Film unboxing video showing device, serial/IMEI, and powering on
  • Package safely for return to avoid damage
  • Remove security locks / passcodes / Apple ID
  • Back up and erase data; we are not liable for data loss
  • Provide original invoice / order number & IMEI
  • Pay handling/shipping if claim is unjustified

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • Electeronics.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage (including data loss) from returned, exchanged, or repaired devices.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping fees).

7. Changes to This Policy

  • Electeronics.com may modify, update, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The version in force at the time of your order applies.
  • If you do not agree with updates, you may cancel your account or stop using services, subject to applicable law.
