1. Warranty Types

Manufacturer Warranty (New Devices)

Handled directly by the brand’s service center.

Store Warranty (Used Devices)

Covers:

  • Hardware defects
  • Boot/charging/logic issues (unless caused by misuse)

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Battery health decline
  • Physical or liquid damage
  • Internal tampering
  • Software issues from user actions
  • Unauthorized repair attempts

2. Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact support
  • Provide IMEI and order number
  • Diagnostic test required
  • Repair or replacement is provided depending on issue
