Manufacturer Warranty (New Devices)
Handled directly by the brand’s service center.
Store Warranty (Used Devices)
Covers:
- Hardware defects
- Boot/charging/logic issues (unless caused by misuse)
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Battery health decline
- Physical or liquid damage
- Internal tampering
- Software issues from user actions
- Unauthorized repair attempts
2. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support
- Provide IMEI and order number
- Diagnostic test required
- Repair or replacement is provided depending on issue
